At Shade Skincare Parlour, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products to request an exchange or full refund, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare, haircare, or body products due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
